The fifth part of the Expansion Kit is the Mystic VST Instrument. For users of Halion Spector, this is a great synth with a simple, easy-to-use interface and a range of excellent sounds. Mystic also has a great array of controls and a great sound engine. There are many useful functions including pitch and LFO modulation, plus a bass synth based on the (also great) Halion One.
The sixth part of the Expansion Kit is the Spector VST Instrument. Spector is a well-designed synth with a great sound engine and a wide range of controls. Spector also has a great array of oscillators, allowing you to create new sounds. It also includes a cool feature that allows you to create sound patches from a MIDI file and then load it into the synth.
The third part of the Expansion Kit is the Prologue, which is also now on the market as a VST plug-in. Prologue is a well-designed synth with a simple and easy-to-use interface, a great sound engine, and a flexible modulation matrix. It also has a great array of oscillators, all of which can be modified or rearranged to create new sounds. It can also be filtered, modulated, and even used as a multi-type effect!
The fourth part of the Expansion Kit is the Halion One. The Halion One is a very well-designed, easy to use synth with a fantastic sound engine and a variety of controls. It also includes many useful functions such as pulsewidth and LFO modulation, which can be used to enhance any sound. We have also added an S&H oscillator based on the Halion One to offer a great bass synth.
To make your life easier, I had my brother-in-law, Tony, who's a music industry veteran and musician himself, make a video to show you how to use the Nuendo expansion kit, and it includes a few other tutorials as well:
